Staci Horne, Broker & Owner of Steadfast Real Estate

With over 25 years of experience as a self-employed business owner, I’ve always believed in the value of hard work, integrity, and doing what’s right—even when it’s not easy. In 2018, I followed a calling into real estate, becoming a licensed Realtor, and by 2021, I had earned my Broker’s license. Just two years later, I stepped out in faith and opened my own brokerage—Steadfast Real Estate—right here in Amory, Mississippi.

The name Steadfast reflects everything I stand for: a strong devotion and loyalty to people, purpose, and the path I’ve chosen. It means holding firm to your position and seeing it through with determination—values I bring to every client, every transaction, and every conversation.

Whether you’re buying or selling, the decision can feel overwhelming. That’s why I’m not just here to handle contracts and closings—I’m here to talk, to guide, and to help you navigate a plan that truly fits your life and your needs.

When I’m not working, I’m most at peace spending time with my husband Wade, my daughter Jodi Williams and her husband Cole, my son Kade Minor, and my stepdaughter Kelby Horne. I also find joy in the quiet moments—time with the Lord, tending to our land, working on our home, and caring for my horses.

Dean comes to us with a vast knowledge of the North Mississippi landscape after working more than thirty years with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife.

Dean and his wife, Shannone, have been married 32 years. They have two children, Lesley Pegg (Clint) and Jeremiah Hudson (Shelbie). Dean has two wonderful grandsons, Jack Wesson and Owen Hudson. Dean resides in the Splunge Community and is a member of Splunge Baptist Church. Dean’s knowledge of the land and waters of our area are quite extensive.
